We are Beaux Villages Immobilier; a highly regarded, well-established and award winning Estate Agency and exclusive associate of Savills, operating across the beautiful region of South-West France.

The Manoirs et Châteaux Division is part of the BVI family and represents some of the finest properties in SW France, from character filled country homes, small estates and mills, through to stunning châteaux, working vineyards and charming villas. We work with clients from all over the world who are selling or keen to invest in high-value properties in our region and we’re actively recruiting Independent Property Consultants to join our team that focuses on this key part of our business

The Job

  • Proactively seeking out and acquiring high-value properties to add to the portfolio, using a range of sales and marketing methods and high-quality materials
  • Determining the requirements of both vendors and buyers through focussed communication; listening, questioning, recapping, confirming
  • Visiting properties to take on new sale mandates; acquiring all relevant vendor details, noting property features and room sizes, taking high-quality photographs, preparing floor-plans and writing quality marketing material for each property
  • Actively networking in person and through various media to attract vendors and buyers and build up a lucrative portfolio
  • Responding quickly and effectively to all new enquiries; organising and accompanying buyers to view properties; responding to questions and sharing feedback
  • Negotiating sales between buyers and vendors and working closely with all parties, including internal support teams and French authorities to facilitate transactions from offer stage to final signing


  • Have a demonstrable ability to engage well with discerning individuals
  • Have strong experience in client relationship management, ideally in a sales or service-provision capacity
  • Have worked in the property sector or in other sectors servicing clients with similarly exacting standards
  • Are used to discussing and explaining complex and high-value processes
  • Are a relaxed, friendly and confident individual with outstanding communication skills
  • Are a credible business professional and a high-achiever with plenty of self-drive
  • Want to be recognised as an indisputable expert in your field
