Single-storey building (no floor) built in around 1980. This building is empty. It consists of four areas and annexes. The building has a metal frame. The roof is made of asbestos cement and is in poor condition, with widespread damage. Numerous leaks have been noted, particularly in the sky domes. Major repair work is required. The roof insulation is made of SHEDISOL (glass wool panels). It is also in poor condition. Major repair work is required. The walls are made of breeze blocks and metal cladding. It should be noted that there are asbestos sheets on the walls. The floor is made out of concrete. The building is approximately 1830 m². The surface of the annexes is approximately 110m². The height varies from 3.70 to 6.50m.
