Amanda found us our dream home

I wanted to make a point of mentioning the excellent service I received from Amanda Somerfield at Beaux Villages.

 

My family and I had been looking for a holiday home in France since last year from England via the internet.

 

The experiences we got from the different Estate Agents and Consultants were very varied. My parents and I soon noticed after our first interaction with Amanda, that she was "On it" as she was the only Property Consultant that we were always confident would get back to us at her earliest convenience. She has been an excellent communicator and would always work hard on our behalf.

 

We ended up doing all of the preliminary transactions remotely which could have been a very nerve wracking experience but our virtual hands were held throughout the process by Amanda who took us through each step.

 

Over a year after we started our communications with Amanda, we finally found our dream French holiday home.  

 

On the final signing day, Amanda drove for over two hours to be with us, even though she had only arrived back from her own holiday the day before and could have left the final details with her excellent colleague. But she insisted on coming out of her way to come and meet us in person and take us though the final steps to getting our keys.

 

I am very grateful to have had Amanda on our side with this unique and overwhelming experience and I would thoroughly recommend her as your Independent Prproperty Consultant.
