Fabulous service from Eric Garnier

My wife and I decided we wanted a second home in a bastide town in South West France. My wife had met Eric Garnier about 6 months before our house hunting trip and maintained contact with him. Eric listened and really understood what we were looking for. He set up a schedule of properties that met some or all of our criteria but, critically, added one that he thought would work for us based on his interactions with us. That was the one! However Eric encouraged us to spend the time looking for alternatives before committing. He was extremely helpful throughout the purchase process and beyond, helping with finding contractors and navigating the utility providers. Without his fluent bi-lingual skills we’d have been at a total loss. We still have a lot to do but Eric and his colleagues got us off to a fabulous start.
