From our initial contact with Sean in the office at Aubeterre on a warm summer’s holiday afternoon in August 2023 to receiving the keys to our new home in France less than 6 months later, our experience with BVI was nothing short of sensational. Sean referred us to Mike in the Jonzac office who took over, organising a viewings tour for us in September - Mike was delightful to deal with, couldn’t be more helpful and informative and quickly grasped what we were looking for in a home in France. Be it luck or good judgement, the first house we looked at was the one! Then from the moment our offer was accepted through to completion just before Christmas, Mike and his team held our hands every step of the way, no questions were too silly and nothing was too much trouble ;o). We would, and have, wholeheartedly recommend BVI to any perspective house buyer looking in France. Honestly, the process is considerably smoother and enjoyable that buying in the UK, and I know we’ll always be grateful and happy with our purchase.
