After a few vacations in France, we decided to look for a property that suited us and could serve as a second home. After some research, we came across "Beaux Villages Immobilier." We were initially drawn to this agency because of its clear and user-friendly website and the large selection of properties. After months of selecting and evaluating, we found a few candidate homes in the vast Charente region. We got in touch with Mrs. Nadia Van den Rym, who was helpful, friendly, and to the point (as expected, since she's also from Antwerp, just like us! Months of questions and answers passed until we finalized our list of candidate properties. A flight to Bordeaux later, we were able to check out the properties in person. Nadia had perfectly coordinated everything with her colleagues from the different regions, ensuring everything went smoothly. This was in October 2023... since February 2024, we have been the proud owners of a beautiful Charente farmhouse!
