We viewed a number of properties across Aude and Ariege through several different agencies (all arranged in advance from the UK). From the get go, communication with Beaux Villages was simple, clear and accurate (and helpfully in perfect English).
We arranged to see the house in Feuilla and Sue Gillin was there when we arrived to show us round. She was friendly, helpful and informative. We loved the property and made an offer the same day.
Sue gave us excellent advice on where to pitch the offer; and then explained and supported us at every stage through the buying process - revisiting the property whilst we in the UK to take photos and negotiate the purchase of furniture and fittings from the vendor.
And on the day of completion, we met again at the property for a final check.
Sue (and the Beaux Villages team) were super helpful throughout - making our first French property buying experience simple and stress free (apart from me losing my passport a week before completion, but I can’t blame that on anyone but myself!!)
