We chose Beaux Villages Eymet for several reasons. We had been recommended by other clients, and we also knew Jane, plus we knew Beaux Villages have a link with Savills in the UK. 

Jane was very professional from the initial meeting and met all our needs, keeping us well informed along the process journey of selling the property. They engaged genuine house hunters looking for our type of property. All visits were accompanied by Jane giving us ample notice of a visit, so that we could ensure best presentation. The internet presence was professional with excellent genuine photographs on the web. The access given to us via the website to view comments on viewing was an excellent tool that enabled us to keep track of visits by potential buyers. 

Jane and Antony achieved an excellent price for us and nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure the sale went through as smoothly as possible. As with any sale we had some issues that were swiftly sorted and concluded by Jane. Both Jane and Antony were a pleasure to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and we continue to recommend them and Beaux village to our friends and associates.
