Rob went far beyond the call of duty

We chose to see Rob Kearley from Beaux Villages first, upon a recommendation from a friend in Gouby who also has a house listed with Beaux Villages. And Rob could speak English. Our first meeting with Rob, was enlightening, insightful and encouraging! He handled our rather ambitious price expectations with great care and respect, all the while making sure that we understood the housing market in all its intricacies! By the time Rob left, both my husband and I - without any resentment - knew we would have to drop our price if we were serious about selling in the coming months! We also felt completely comfortable in giving Beaux Villages a sole mandate! Over the last 8 months, Rob has been constantly ‘at our side’ - advising and assisting us - going far beyond the call of duty - and even AFTER the final signing, Rob continued helping us through the last of the frustrating details of selling a house in a different country from where one is! Rob was always available and reachable. In the event of not being able to take a call from us, he would follow up promptly as soon as possible! Rob’s conduct has at all times been totally professional , yet utterly approachable! From the bottom of our hearts - thank you Rob, and thank you Beaux Villages!
