Earn €200 when you refer a friend to BVI!

A large number of our clients are put in touch with us through recommendations and referrals. Often the people who recommend our service are previous clients who have bought or sold a property with us in the past. We set up ‘Friends of BVI’ so that we can reward these people for connecting us with new clients.

How does BVI reward you for client referrals?

We pay you €200 when new vendors or buyers you’ve referred complete a property sale or purchase with us (after the signature of the final act).

Who can I refer?

You can refer property buyers or vendors. If you’ve got friends, family or acquaintances that are looking to buy or sell, we would be delighted to help them.

How should I make my client referral?

Email friends@beauxvillages.com with your contact details, and we’ll get you set-up as a Friend of BVI. Once you’re registered, you can email your referrals to us and our team will do the rest. We’ll send you €200 when your referral completes.

Terms and conditions:
200€ is payable by Beaux Villages at the signature of the final act and only if the sale is agreed by Beaux Villages. A new vendor/buyer is classified as a client who has never been registered to Beaux Villages. Any financial reward must be reported for tax purposes as a non-commercial benefit, as per the Article 12 of the French Tax Code.
