The Dordogne is a perennial favourite with British property buyers

The Sunday Times featured an article at the weekend about the most popular places for Brits to buy a property in France.

Rob Longley, BVI's co-founder, spoke about the Nouvelle-Aquitaine's continuing popularity with British property buyers, which includes favourites such as the Dordogne, the Charente, and the beautiful city of Bordeaux.

“When you think of France, you think of stone farmhouses, vines, sunflowers, coast, open roads, wholesome local food — Nouvelle-Aquitaine has all of this in spades,” says Rob. “It really does epitomise France to Francophiles.”
