Falling in love with the Aveyron on my very first visit, I bought and renovated an old stone farmhouse in 2005. This project immersed me in local life, introduced me to welcoming communities, and revealed the beauty, charm, and lifestyle of the region. Since then, I have been helping clients navigate their property projects with confidence, whether they are looking to buy, sell, or invest in a character house, a contemporary apartment, a property with land, or a larger estate.
Originally from the United Kingdom and raised in Wales, I now hold dual French and British nationality. Being bilingual allows me to work easily with both French and international clients, and to understand not only the practical aspects but also the emotional side of buying or selling a property.
I work mainly across Aveyron, Tarn, and Tarn-et-Garonne, and there are towns and villages I know and love particularly well: Rodez, Rieupeyroux, Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Najac, Belcastel, and Sauveterre-de-Rouergue, many of which are recognised among France’s most beautiful villages. I enjoy helping clients discover the area, its markets, scenic landscapes, and historic villages, and bringing their projects to life while respecting the style, character, and authenticity of each property, whether historic or modern.
Beyond property, I enjoy being part of local life. I am involved in the walking group and the choir, and I help organise community fêtes, which gives me an insider’s perspective on village life and local networks.
I always do my best to make the process clear, smooth, and stress free. Every project is unique, and it is never just a transaction.
