Spacious village house with pool and courtyard garden
- Large kitchen and three reception rooms
- 4/5 Bedrooms
- Heated swimming pool
- Pretty garden
The front door opens into a large reception hall that overlooks the courtyard garden. A door to the rear opens into a bright and spacious kitchen / breakfast room with log-burning stove and a staircase to the first floor mezzanine. Also off the kitchen is a large bedroom with en suite shower room and WC. To the rear of the kitchen a door opens into a large utility room – here is a thermodynamic water heater, the air-sourced heat pump and a water softener – there is also a door to a rear courtyard.
From the reception hall a door opens into a large sitting room with pellet burner that has a wooden staircase to the first floor as well as an arch through to a bright and airy south facing conservatory with views over the garden. Off the sitting room a door leads to a corridor – off this is a second sitting room with log-burning stove and views over the garden and pool. The corridor leads on to a shower room with WC and a second large bedroom.
The staircase from the sitting room leads up to a spacious landing / study. To one side is the impressive master bedroom with its own en suite bath/shower room with WC. On the other side of the landing is a door to a fourth spacious bedroom – this has a door that leads to the very large mezzanine (great as either an upstairs sitting room or extra bedroom). There is another shower room with WC and a door to a spacious attic that would be suitable for conversion to an additional bedroom (subject to necessary permissions).
Outside there is a pretty garden with heated pool, a large pool-house, a bicycle store and a garage.
In the centre of the village, the house is an easy cycle ride to all the facilities in Beauvais-sur-Matha and is 10km away from the town of Matha.

Discuss an Offer
If this or other properties are of potential serious interest, you may wish to speak in confidence and without obligation or commitment with a sympathetic senior negotiator to discuss what flexibility there may be in the price.
Getting the right deal can be a question of good timing and we have that information.
Whatever you read in the press, it is simply not true that one can apply a percentage discount to the price of any property we like the look of. And it is a real shame to fall in love with a property that is beyond what you wish to spend or can afford.
