Attached at the other end of the barn is a breeze block shed and beyond this not attached to the barn is a stone shed.
Water and electricity are nearby and will need connecting at the purchaser’s expense. There is no sanitation so a fosse septique would need to be installed at the purchasers cost as part of the renovation work. The conception documents for this have been obtained.
