Beaux Villages is one of the best estate agents in France. Very caring, thorough in the way the company works, and always there with any query you may have or be concerned about. My agent Heather Comber is one of the best you could ever wish to have selling your house. She will give you all the support you need, help you, and the kindness and loyalty Heather gave us during the period of selling our house was wonderful. Anne Marie who is in the office at Verteillac and does all the behind scenes offical work is lovely and so helpful, and will answer any question or query you may have, right up to going to the notaire. So you guys out there if you are thinking, I want to sell my house and do not know what agent to use, go to Beaux Villages, the best and trustworthy estate agent in France.

What a lovely team, Nadia worked her socks off for us, and was available for questions and assistance at the drop of a hat. They have a superb online interface that allows you to see what viewers thought of your house, put in a respectful and helpful manner. They also did extensive international marketing, a lot more than just putting it on a website, and hoping for the best, we even had one online viewing from Oz! Go with Beaux Villages, fantastic friendly staff, and a dynamic business.

Cannot recommend more highly the team at Beaux Villages Monflanquin! our inquiry (from Australia) to Eric was met with very clear communication and he sent us a very thorough series of videos that took us right through the property. He was pleased to connect via Whatsapp so that we could speak in real time, and he went back more than once for us and focussed on addressing our questions, of course his perfect English really helps. He made the whole process of purchasing our property so painless, we're very grateful!

After a devastating experience with another agency in Bellac I was reluctant to use another local agent, fortunately I was recommended to use Beaux Villages. I am so pleased I did, Chris and his team have been fantastic. Nothing has been to much trouble for them. From start to finish took only three months, and our agent Anna could not have been more helpful: providing a realistic valuation, patiently answering (and anticipating) our queries, arranging and attending the necessary surveys and being present for the final signing with the notaire. For over a year, we have been liaising with Mark Roelofsen of Beaux Villages. Mark has been assisting us with our French property search in the Southwest of France. During this time, we worked with a number of agencies in order to find the right property. The service received from Mark was exceptional and ‘second to none’. Although our property requirements changed over time, Mark was patient and listened carefully to our wishes. Each property we expressed an interest in was quickly followed by full details enabling us to shortlist accurately. When the right house was eventually found, Mark took the time to arrange ‘virtual viewings’ and accompanied us on the actual viewing. After our offer was accepted Mark ‘guided’ us through the process even attending the final signing with the Notaire. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mark and Beaux Villages to any prospective French property buyer. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and professional is how we would describe the Mark.

I am in the uk and After spending over a week looking for properties in France and not having much luck with anyone getting back to me I had a response from Julie.
She has been amazing with helping me find a property suitable for my dad who has been unwell and living in France.
She is incredibly responsive and has done everything she could to answer all my questions and give me all the information I needed on the houses we were interested in so we could make an informed decision.
She even took the time to do a video viewing with me so I could look at the property even though I couldn't be there in person.
She has helped me navigate my way around the french housing market with her wealth of knowledge.
It has been a very stressful situation with my dad and Julie has made it so much easier, I can't thank her and her partner enough.
