We have just purchased a property in France and Beaux Villages were the agents for this. We have had a very good experience during the course of the purchase and in particular we would like to express our thanks to Karen Regan. From the outset she was welcoming and friendly. She very quickly understood exactly the type of home we were looking for and showed us properties that fit the criteria. This is our first experience of buying outside of the UK and there are a lot of differences in which she guided us through. She kept us informed of all events and she was always happy to answer our questions which we had in abundance. She has gone above and beyond in helping us settle into our new home and we can not thank her enough. We would definitely recommend this company.

Beaux Villages is one of the best estate agents in France. Very caring, thorough in the way the company works, and always there with any query you may have or be concerned about. My agent Heather Comber is one of the best you could ever wish to have selling your house. She will give you all the support you need, help you, and the kindness and loyalty Heather gave us during the period of selling our house was wonderful. Anne Marie who is in the office at Verteillac and does all the behind scenes offical work is lovely and so helpful, and will answer any question or query you may have, right up to going to the notaire. So you guys out there if you are thinking, I want to sell my house and do not know what agent to use, go to Beaux Villages, the best and trustworthy estate agent in France.

What a lovely team, Nadia worked her socks off for us, and was available for questions and assistance at the drop of a hat. They have a superb online interface that allows you to see what viewers thought of your house, put in a respectful and helpful manner. They also did extensive international marketing, a lot more than just putting it on a website, and hoping for the best, we even had one online viewing from Oz! Go with Beaux Villages, fantastic friendly staff, and a dynamic business.

Cannot recommend more highly the team at Beaux Villages Monflanquin! our inquiry (from Australia) to Eric was met with very clear communication and he sent us a very thorough series of videos that took us right through the property. He was pleased to connect via Whatsapp so that we could speak in real time, and he went back more than once for us and focussed on addressing our questions, of course his perfect English really helps. In January we completed the sale of our house and I cannot recommend Karen & David more highly.  Us not being French speakers they held our hands from beginning to end, helping us to fill in forms and arranging company visits for necessary certificates required by the Notaire.  They were professional and efficient in every way, even providing translations of legal documents we had to sign.  Their expertise is second to none.  They sold our house in 10 days!

After a devastating experience with another agency in Bellac I was reluctant to use another local agent, fortunately I was recommended to use Beaux Villages. I am so pleased I did, Chris and his team have been fantastic. Nothing has been to much trouble for them. Helpful and professional agency

Excellent agent covering most of France. I found their photos and descriptions on their website to be probably the best I've seen for French properties. I contacted one of their agents (David Smethurst) in the Deux Sevres area and he really knew about the properties and he has a high level of knowledge of what things need to be done to buy a house and live in France. I'd certainly feel comfortable that David and Beaux Villages would ensure that I would be helped through the whole process and have a successful purchase.
