For over a year, we have been liaising with Mark Roelofsen of Beaux Villages. Mark has been assisting us with our French property search in the Southwest of France. During this time, we worked with a number of agencies in order to find the right property. The service received from Mark was exceptional and ‘second to none’. Although our property requirements changed over time, Mark was patient and listened carefully to our wishes. Each property we expressed an interest in was quickly followed by full details enabling us to shortlist accurately. When the right house was eventually found, Mark took the time to arrange ‘virtual viewings’ and accompanied us on the actual viewing. After our offer was accepted Mark ‘guided’ us through the process even attending the final signing with the Notaire. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mark and Beaux Villages to any prospective French property buyer. I am in the uk and After spending over a week looking for properties in France and not having much luck with anyone getting back to me I had a response from Julie.
She has been amazing with helping me find a property suitable for my dad who has been unwell and living in France.
She is incredibly responsive and has done everything she could to answer all my questions and give me all the information I needed on the houses we were interested in so we could make an informed decision.
She even took the time to do a video viewing with me so I could look at the property even though I couldn't be there in person.
She has helped me navigate my way around the french housing market with her wealth of knowledge.
It has been a very stressful situation with my dad and Julie has made it so much easier, I can't thank her and her partner enough.

I wanted to make a point of mentioning the excellent service I received from Amanda Somerfield at Beaux Villages.My family and I had been looking for a holiday home in France since last year from England via the internet.The experiences we got from the different Estate Agents and Consultants were very varied. My parents and I soon noticed after our first interaction with Amanda, that she was "On it" as she was the only Property Consultant that we were always confident would get back to us at her earliest convenience. She has been an excellent communicator and would always work hard on our behalf.We ended up doing all of the preliminary transactions remotely which could have been a very nerve wracking experience but our virtual hands were held throughout the process by Amanda who took us through each step.Over a year after we started our communications with Amanda, we finally found our dream French holiday home.On the final signing day, Amanda drove for over two hours to be with us, even though she had only arrived back from her own holiday the day before and could have left the final details with her excellent colleague.
