We have met with Merrilees a number of times, and as newbies to the area, Merrilees showed us a variety of properties within her portfolio. Merrilees also introduced us to the area, the markets, and the surrounding areas. You couldn't hope for a better agent and guide to the area. I would highly recommend viewing properties with Merrilees as she helps you understand much more about the property and the surrounding area that you can't see when just viewing a place. She also has a great contacts list if you need things done. 5 stats is not enough.

In April 2024 we found a house for sale via FB in Pageas, Aquitaine, and we immediately felt in love with it. We were unable to visit the house physically as we live in Belgium and we did not have the time to drive there. Heather showed us around the house and the property via a WhatsApp videocall. The same day we decided to buy the house. The administration process went very smoothly thanks to Heather who guided us through all documents and things to do. During the four months we had to wait for the signing Heather and her team were always prepared to answer our numerous questions, even in the weekend.
