My wife and I have recently purchased a property in France through Beaux Villages and Karen Regan was our representative who handled everything.
We can't thank Karen enough as she was absolutely superb and was there with us from start to finish, we strongly recommend her and Beaux Villages to take care of you.

We had been house hunting for about 12 months, being resident in france and having sold our gite complex. The market was much more in favour of vendors compared to previous years. We engaged with many Immobiliers, and eventually found a property through Eric garnier at Beaux Villages. Throughout Eric listened to our brief, and suggested properties which would be of interest to us, one of which we ended up buying a few weeks ago. despite a last minute issue with a servitude, Eric was as ever responsive and resolved the issue to our entire satisfaction. We have just purchased a property in France and Beaux Villages were the agents for this. What a lovely team, Nadia worked her socks off for us, and was available for questions and assistance at the drop of a hat. They have a superb online interface that allows you to see what viewers thought of your house, put in a respectful and helpful manner. They also did extensive international marketing, a lot more than just putting it on a website, and hoping for the best, we even had one online viewing from Oz! Cannot recommend more highly the team at Beaux Villages Monflanquin! our inquiry (from Australia) to Eric was met with very clear communication and he sent us a very thorough series of videos that took us right through the property. After a devastating experience with another agency in Bellac I was reluctant to use another local agent, fortunately I was recommended to use Beaux Villages. Excellent agent covering most of France. I found their photos and descriptions on their website to be probably the best I've seen for French properties. I contacted one of their agents (David Smethurst) in the Deux Sevres area and he really knew about the properties and he has a high level of knowledge of what things need to be done to buy a house and live in France. I'd certainly feel comfortable that David and Beaux Villages would ensure that I would be helped through the whole process and have a successful purchase.
