It was great to see the beautiful Aude department getting more of the publicity it deserves. Several of our properties were featured in the recent article by The Times, including this picture postcard 3 bedroom village house, an elegant 9 bedroom mansion, and this 8 bedroom chateau near Carcassonne.
The head of our local team, Daniela Harris was also asked to give her insights on the Aude market. She explains “It’s more understated than Provence and we do get a lot of retired people moving here from the Côte d’Azur, sometimes because it’s too hot there, but also because of the relative value,”
