Beaux Villages Immobilier has recently opened a new estate agency in the heart of Carcassonne and a pivotal role has arisen to be based at this prime location.

We are actively seeking a highly customer focussed Commercial Assistant to provide support to the growing sales team that will work from our Carcassonne agency.

Overseeing the smooth running of the office, you will welcome and assist clients who visit the agency, as well as provide daily sales assistance to our Independent Property Consultants and leadership team, including helping to drive new business opportunities, updating and maintaining property files and sales figures, communicating with support teams around the business, managing our social media activity and handling telephone and inbox traffic.

Your profile: Ideally, you will already have experience in real estate transaction (negotiator, sales agent or office support) or significant experience in similar administrative roles

Essential skills:

  • Bilingual French & English (read, written and spoken)
  • Computer literate with accurate keyboard skills
  • Familiar with digital platforms and social media
  • An eye for detail with excellent organisational skills
  • An ability to adapt to a changing workload
  • A confident manner whilst dealing with a wide range of people
  • A strong team ethic, a sense of responsibility and a great sense of humour!
