There are four large bell tents sleeping each sleeping up to 4 people, each with a terrace, secluded areas and private WC and shower facilities. Each tent is currently rented for 80 euros per night.
The site has many great facilities for the campers including a clubhouse/cafe with dining inside and out serving meals, light snacks and refreshments.
The modern shower block offers a locked separate shower facility for each of the bell tents, so guests can leave their stuff safely inside each day. The shower block also has a CU to be changed into a residential building, subject to a full planning application.
Campers can use the lovely woodfired hot-tub or play boules on the Petanque court. The children can play on the kids park, play table tennis or simply run and play around in the safe and secure grounds.
The 13,788m² lake is fully stocked with carp, perch, tench and roach. It's a real feature.
There is currently no residential house on the site. The current owners live in a large campervan set in its own private area (not included in the sale price).
The site is just 14 minutes from the centre of Limoges and the airport so access is easy for daily shopping and trips to the city, plus the local train station is within walking distance, which is a major bonus.
You will not fail to relax in this peaceful, traquil place, whether you decide to re-develop it to be a private home or continue to run it as a campsite (the new owners would need to re-register the business).
