The building is divided into 3 sections each approximately 25m2, each with a packed earth floor. Two sections are full height to the roof and the 3rd has a granary above it. There is approximately 500m2 of extremely overgrown land behind the barn. Attached to one side is a small courtyard and stone sheds in poor condition.
Attached at the other end of the barn is a breeze block shed and beyond this not attached to the barn is a stone shed.
Water and electricity are nearby and will need connecting at the purchaser’s expense. There is no sanitation so a fosse septique would need to be installed at the purchasers cost as part of the renovation work. The conception documents for this have been obtained.
