This delightful property is just 3km from Verteuil-sur-Charente which, with its fairytale chateau and riverside situation, is one of the prettiest villages in France. Verteuil provides all your local shops, while the nearest larger town, Ruffec, is just 5km away. Ruffec not only provides full amenities but is on the N10 'route nationale' for easy access to the north for the ferry ports and Eurotunnel and south towards Bordeaux.
