Vin Chaud - A Delicious Twist on Mulled Wine
This mulled wine has a distinctly French twist on the mulled wine most of used are used to.
Definitely give this a try if you're planning some festive drinks. It's even better if the spices are left for a couple of days before re-warming and serving up.
For the very best flavor, use a young, fruity, red wine. The more aged wines, especially those matured in oak will have heavy tannins and can be bitter when warmed.
