If you’re currently looking for your dream property in the Dordogne or if you have started looking in the Lot-et-Garonne, have you considered going a little further South to Nérac, my home town? You’ll be amazed what good value the property is here in this beautiful area!

Whether you’re looking for a holiday home or a full-time family home, you will be enchanted by the number of attractions in and around Nérac. There is the wonderful Chateau-Museum Henri IV, the Church Saint-Nicolas de Nérac, the famous Moulin des Tours and its Roman bridge, the lovely Parc de la Garenne as well as leisure attractions like Lud’O Parc water park, the little tourist train Albret, boating on the River Baise or nearby golf courses. Nérac is also the home to the composer Louis Raffy and former Arsenal footballer Marouane Chamakh.

Impressions of Nérac

{gallery}gallery/nerac{/gallery} The spa town Casteljaloux is close with its golf courses and coming soon, the new Center parc. Agen is 30 minutes drive with its numerous shopping centres, TGV train station and a small airport with flights to Orly, Nice and Lyon. It is equi-distant between Toulouse and Bordeaux with a journey of only 1h30 in a car and Bergerac is 1h40 minutes away.

We currently have a variety of houses in Nérac and the surrounding towns with golf courses, equestrian events, cycling and walking nearby so contact us to to get your grand tour of this beautiful place that I am privileged to call home.

Have a look at the great selection across the Lot-et-Garonne here.
