They say it is all about timing, and so it is no coincidence that Beaux Villages Immobilier has chosen spring 2017 to open shop number nine, just as the Conseil Municipal complete works on the streets and main square of this pretty 13th C hilltop bastide on the borders of Lot et Garonne and Tarn et Garonne.

Tournon d'Agenais will also become home for the marketing team that supports Beaux Villages, Affordable France, Manoirs et Chateaux and The Spanish Estate Agent.

BVI was formed at the start of the financial crisis in early 2008 by Lynn Longley. These beginnings, in Monségur, (Gironde) were soon followed by offices in Verteillac and Lalinde (Dordogne). Now we are also well established in Aubeterre-sur-Dronne and Verteuil-sur-Charente (Charente), Jonzac (Charente Maritime), Montaigu-de-Quercy (Tarn-et-Garonne) and Charroux (Vienne) and with satellite teams of estate agents working in many other départements across south west France.

A warm welcome is assured for buyers, sellers, visitors............and the town cats.
