Now that our lovely property near Cales has been settled, we just wanted to say how much we appreciated your professional and yet very personal handling of the sale. We were so surprised when we received an offer in such a short time and from such a delightful family, obviously in love with the house and garden, so your intuition about the “fit” was just right. Thank you. In addition to that, we have very much enjoyed your friendship and assistance over the last 4 years and for helping us to find our property in the first place. Your advice re insurance, banking, legal, phone and facilities connections were all so very helpful, not to mention your recommendations for help around the house, especially garden maintenance. It was also good to catch up for a cuppa in the garden from time to time. Please also pass on our sincere thanks to Sarah, a delightful person to deal with and extremely efficient and knowledgeable.
