Very impressed with Elé and Catherine

I just wanted to take time out to thank both Elé and Catherine for the superb job they made of both the selling of our property in Chateauponsac and the buying of our new house in Le Dorat. The speed, enthusiasm and communication by particularly Elé, was a joy to behold. Nothing was too much trouble, even requests above and beyond the norm. Elé made a great presentation of our property in the media, which resulted in a sale to the first viewing. The right buyer to the right house at the right time, backed up by Catherine's assistance in weaving through the lengthy process. Sorry to labour the point, but, we were fortunate that it was Elé who showed what was to become our next home. Again, nothing too much trouble. Always punctual and a real bonus, being fully bilingual, able to get answers to our queries from the french sellers and at the notaire, explaining every nuancee of the contracts. Painless. Happy bunnies, very happy to recommnend Elé and as a consequence Beaux Villages.
