The 2 upstairs bedrooms can be accessed via the staircase from the dining room, or via the fitted stair lift. Both bedrooms overlook the courtyard and gardens and are fitted with en suite shower rooms and WCs. The house is no longer lived in and would benefit from updating.

Entrance to both houses is via a graveled drive with 2 car ports. The gardens are laid to lawn with various plants and fruit trees, with a small open barn and inground swimming pool. There is a also a small pond.

The second smaller cottage has an open living and kitchen area. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with both leading onto a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom. This property is in need of updating.

Both properties are now empty and most furniture removed. The other DPE for second house is available on request.
