A boat stands waiting and the water is super clean with 4 underground water sources feeding it. The fish in the lake are: Carp, Perch, Roach and Tench.
The village is not far from nearby amenities, while in the village itself there is a newly opened bakery cum tea room, and 5 minutes away is La Coquille with all required amenities. Easy access to Limoges and its airport, and the main road to Perigueux, capital of the Dordogne. The market towns of Thiviers, Brantome, Excideuil and Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche are all close by for shopping and amenities, with lots of natural places to explore if you like walking. This has been the owner's gite for many years now, they love the property but wish to downsize and want to see it go to someone who will truly appreciate it .
