A Fantastic France Show 2018
Well, that's that for another year.
We descended on Olympia from Toulouse, Limoges, Bordeaux and Bath to meet buyers and represent our vendors.
It was the most positive show we can remember, with more leads than for a very long time. The show team are exhausted!
We gave 3 well attended and well received seminars on, 'How to get a great deal on your French property purchase'.
In essence our message was to do some homework to narrow down areas ahead of viewing, work with an agent who is proactive and worthy of your trust, and don't believe what you read in the press about making derisory offers.
Enquiries were pretty evenly spread across our operating area.
People want to buy before Brexit.
We noted that there were fewer agencies than in previous years - it's a big investment in these uncertain times.
And on the Friday morning - as the show opened - we launched a new website........which became the talk of the show.

It’s a really positive message for a certain sector of the market. Of course our competitors were all delighted to see this and our massive 'award winner' banners........
