We just wanted to say how fantastic Jemma has been over the duration of our property purchase. We first met Jemma in the Spring of last year, when we were searching in her area. She was so professional, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She made all the other agents we saw look quite useless! When we eventually found our property, although it wasn’t Jemma who showed it to us, it was her we turned to when we couldn't get the answers we needed. (I hasten to add I am a bit of a hasty responder and ‘must know now’ merchant, having run our own businesses in Jersey and UK -including an estate agency!) Jemma picked up the requests and found the answers needed quickly and efficiently. Finally yesterday the Acte de Vente was signed under proxy. It was Jemma’s email that greeting us this morning congratulating us - the notaire’s appeared later! We will have no hesitation in recommending Beaux Villages to one and all because of Jemma - for that we thank her. As too many are quick to complain, we just wanted to compliment for a change.
