Bilingual Dossier Coordinator - Jarnac (16), Ruffec (16), or Bellac (87)
BVI is recruiting for a salaried Dossier Coordinator to be based at either our Jarnac, Ruffec or Bellac agency.
Reporting to the Dossiers Manager, this new postholder will be responsible for providing specialist legal support to our self-employed and salaried property consultants for each accepted offer, through to its completion.
Able to communicate proficiently in both French and English, you will be an essential link between property consultants, clients, Notaires and other parties associated with a property sale, to ensure a smooth and efficient dossier management process. You will be responsible for organising signing dates, accurately communicating details of financial transactions, chasing up documentation, accurate input of data to our systems, drafting compromis de vente and providing advice, support and education to our sales team.
Your Profile:
Essentially, you will have legal training or will have experience of the legal aspects of property sales in France (e.g. previous experience of handling legal matters within the property sales sector or within the French legal system). You have a friendly and approachable disposition and can communicate clearly and confidently in both French and English, demonstrating confidence whilst working in a demanding and fast-paced environment that can sometimes be challenging.

- Bilingual French & English (read, written and spoken)

- Able to resolve conflict and manage stressful situations
