The role of an Independent Property Consultant

Our Property Consultants work independently and, whilst operating under the Beaux Villages brand, they are free to manage their own business whilst benefiting from the continual support and expertise of our management structure.  The flexible nature of the job provides a great opportunity to balance both personal and professional lifestyles and, whilst it is undeniably a sales role, there are no fixed targets or territorial restrictions applied.

Of course, we provide our Independent Property Consultants with first class training, both at the beginning of their journey and throughout their careers with BVI.  In addition, they have access to innovative digital work tools and marketing materials as well as a robust ‘back-office’ support structure, including legal advice and ongoing business mentoring, all of which ensures our Consultants have the best possible opportunity to develop and grow their career.

Our property Consultants hail from all walks of life; they have a broad range of skills and abilities and have enjoyed different types of careers before joining BVI.  However, what they all have in common makes our business what it is today; they are all commercially minded people, with a passion for the delivery of a professional service and they’re fully focused on providing complete customer satisfaction.
