The transformation is complete!

The BVI Jarnac team is delighted to share some pictures of their new agency frontage. Paul, our in-house expert carpenter and all-round estates good guy, built the new façade by hand. We are delighted with the end result which had to pass the rigorous review of the local planning authorities and remain in keeping with the style of this charming riverside town. 

The new agency frontage completes the rebrand of the agency which has taken place since the respected local agency, Charente Immobilier, joined forces with Beaux Villages in February 2022. The Jarnac team has been well established in the town for many years. Matthew and Charles have run the agency for 15 years, and are now an integral part of the Beaux Villages network. They work closely with our neighbouring agencies in Jonzac and Barbezieux as well as the wider group of our 22 agencies across south west France.

Jarnac sits in the middle of the world famous Cognac producing region, and the beautiful vineyards give the surrounding countryside a distinctive look. The area continues to attract both local and international buyers who fall in love with its charming properties. Enjoying a genuine microclimate, the Charente is second only to Provence for the number of sunshine hours per year!
