Jacqui has been truly and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Upon meeting Jacqui she was warm, friendly and approachable. She appreciated the magnitude of the decision to be made about buying a property here and gave us time to make our own thoughts without harassing us or pressuring. During our visits to look around the property Jacqui helped entertain our little boy which gave us the time we needed. This didn’t feel false at all, she genuinely seemed to bond with him. Jacqui could see that we wanted to buy the property and the owner was ready to sell; she worked hard for both parties to help us reach a figure we could all feel happy with and that was realistic. Jacqui has been friendly, helpful and has made herself available for us throughout the process, offering to help with lots of relevant issues both during the lead up to buying and also post purchase. For this we are very grateful and her help has been invaluable to us.
