Our action plan
- While buyers are unable to travel or make physical visits, we can help with real-time video walk-throughs of properties via FaceTime, Whatsapp or Google hangout. Buyers will be able to take their time, look around and ask questions as they go - it’s the next best thing to being there.
- Before each viewing we will ensure that the enquiry is serious and a buyer is able to proceed with a purchase.
- Buyers and sellers commit to our fee schedule should we make any introduction.
- Our Property Consultants are able to visit properties to complete take-ons and get them on market and to create video tours or Live Stream viewings..
- Our shops are currently closed due to the government decree.
