At the 2021 International Property Awards on 2 December, Beaux Villages again won top awards for both Best Estate Agency France and Best Estate Agency Website, France, gaining the 5-Star accreditation that is given to just one winner in each category.

Whilst we are really proud of the achievement, the focus of the awards is all on fine-tuning what we do for our clients.

We look at service improvement every single day and being judged by an independent expert panel brings a fresh perspective to all that we do on behalf of our clients.  The panel of 80 industry-expert judges has the needs of our buyers and sellers firmly in mind, and we expect them to tell us honestly and impartially how we are doing.  If we add to their feedback the testimonials that we receive direct from clients, it gives us a rounded picture of where we can go that one step further to improve our already industry-beating service.

What does this service look like?

  • Local knowledge - we live and work in our communities
  • International reach and clientele
  • Shops throughout the south west
  • An intuitive and resource-packed website
  • Expert property consultants trained to industry standards and beyond
  • Paralegal support throughout the sales process
  • Friendly and professional - we love what we do

This means that the whole BVI team will work together to match the right buyer with the right property, saving all parties time and money.

We’re not perfect - who is? - but we’ll be there every step of the way to help all of our clients have the most positive, stress-free experience possible during every property transaction.

Visit our website to start your selling or buying journey. We’re looking forward to being at the heart of it.
