The Savills and Beaux Villages partnership

Beaux Villages Immobilier is proud to be a part of the Savills family, representing South West France exclusively. The still somewhat undiscovered region of the South West (which stretches from Poitiers in the north to the Pyrenees in the south and across to the Limoges and the mediterranean coast at Marseillan and Sete in the south) presents exciting opportunities for buyers who prefer to avoid the well trodden path to the south coast or mountains. Discerning visitors are charmed by the peace, tranquillity, amazing food scene and unique domains leaving them determined to settle here. That’s why we’ve recognised the need to offer a ‘couture’ service for those searching from a distance; helping them to navigate the system, understand regional differences and interpret their specific needs. This service is in part the reason the partnership has been so appealing for BVI and Savills. To further demonstrate the value we believe can be delivered to all our clients (from this partnership) we’ve strengthened our team and Kirstie Kelly will be helping Judith Whitlow (Prestige Director ) to build connections throughout the Savills network, establishing channels and providing insight to bring the South West alive for buyers.
