A note from both Richard and I to thank the Team at Beaux Villages and Etude Benedetti for their help in getting our house sold through some tough times.
The first sale fell though after some five weeks, then another sale process started in December but we had the challenge of Dick having an accident at Papillon Bleu on December 26 which involved a five plus week stay in hospital and a rehabilitation centre. With the help of Andre Lamy, our next door neighbour, and Severine Jaulent we were able to get the Compromis signed!
The professionalism shown by all was “top drawer” and customer service was extraordinary.
Julie stepped in because Gearoid couldn’t return to the UK in time and Julie also helped us with moving the furniture out of the house. I had managed to sell 50% but the last 50% was proving almost impossible to get rid of. We were grateful for Gearoid’s suggestion of Julie.
The advice and support along the way was amazing. I cannot speak more highly of it.
We would be more than happy to recommend Beaux Villages and if a personal reference is needed and someone would like to speak to us about our experience, we would be more than happy to oblige. I have already done a Facebook reference for Etude Benedetti.
